1. Regular inspection and calibration
Pressure setting value inspection: Use a pressure gauge to check the set pressure value of the pressure holding valve regularly to ensure that it is accurately maintained within the preset range. If deviation is found, the calibration should be adjusted in time.
Flow regulation function verification: By simulating actual working conditions, verify whether the flow regulation function of the valve is normal, and ensure that when the front-end pressure exceeds the set value, the overpressure part can be discharged smoothly.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
External cleaning: Regularly remove dust, oil and other impurities on the outside of the valve to keep its appearance neat.
Internal cleaning: Regularly disassemble the valve to clean the impurities and sediments that may accumulate inside, especially the key parts such as the valve core and valve seat, to ensure that the fluid channel is unobstructed.
3. Sealing performance inspection
Sealing surface inspection: Check the wear of the sealing surfaces such as the valve core and valve seat. If there is wear or damage, it should be replaced or repaired in time.
Sealing performance test: By applying a certain pressure, check the leakage of each sealing part of the valve to ensure that there is no leakage.
4. Electrical component maintenance
Electromagnetic head inspection: For pressure-maintaining valves equipped with electromagnetic heads, the electromagnetic coil, wiring terminals and other electrical components should be checked regularly to ensure that they are working properly without short circuits, open circuits and other faults.
Controller maintenance: Clean the controller housing regularly, check the internal circuit boards and components of the controller, and ensure that it works stably and reliably.
5. Lubrication and rust prevention
Lubrication: For parts that require lubrication (such as valve stems, bearings, etc.), an appropriate amount of lubricant should be added regularly to reduce friction and wear.
Rust prevention: For valves that are exposed to humid environments for a long time, necessary rust prevention measures should be taken, such as applying rust prevention oil, coating rust prevention materials, etc.
6. Installation and connection inspection
Installation position inspection: Ensure that the valve installation position is correct and meets the design requirements to avoid failures caused by improper installation.
Connector inspection: Regularly check the tightness of valves and connectors such as pipes and flanges to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable without looseness.
7. Record and document management
Maintenance records: After each maintenance, the maintenance content, time, personnel and other information should be recorded in detail for subsequent tracking and inquiry.
Document management: Establish valve maintenance documents, including product manuals, installation drawings, maintenance records, etc., for easy reference and management.
